myheart member, Dylan Milner’s story on AFC Bournemouth website

When Dylan Milner was just 19 years old, his life changed in an instant.

While attending Reading festival on a summer evening in 2019, Dylan collapsed and suffered a cardiac arrest. By the end of the day, Dylan had survived 4 cardiac arrests! What followed was being on beta blockers and an ICD implantation.

This meant giving up football and making more life adjustments. Dylan has faced an incredibly difficult time receiving 48 shocks from his ICD in a span of 14 hours!

Dylan shares his story with AFC Bournemouth, offering hope and raising awareness for others living with inherited heart conditions.
